Yamaha Generators
The New Yamaha Inverter Generators are next-generation portable generators featuring a microcomputer-controlled inverter system.
The result of this new generating system is a model that offers a high-level balance of the features of light weight, compactness
and high-quality electric current with specification including waveform distortion ratio of less than 2.5%. This could not have
been achieved by just trying to improve the conventional alternator type generator. Features like outstanding serviceability, good
starting performance and lots of convenient design touches throughout, the Inverter Generators are model that clearly set a new
standard. Another thing that makes these new models different is its ability to meet a wide range of power needs, for everything
from construction equipment that demands high voltage to sensitive microcomputer-fitted appliances.

Portable Generators
Yamaha offers only portable generators that are designed to be used for light to medium home or commercial contractor applications. Yamaha generators are available in several output ranges from .85 kW up to 26 kw, depending upon the generator voltage and cycle configuration. All of the Yamaha generators are designed to be lightweight, quiet and (with a Yamaha motor) offer many hours of dependable operation. Most models are available with gasoline powered engines, but several of the larger units are available with diesel fuel options.
